Overseas Nurse Registration Australia
Staff Nurse Jobs abroad
If you are a Registered Nurse who wishes to work overseas, there is no time like the present!
There are plenty of rewarding job opportunities for skilled healthcare professionals in countries like USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and many others! These countries are facing a growing deficit of skilled Nurses and are opening the doors to overseas qualified nursing professionals to fill this gap.
Nurses who wish to work as a registered Nurse abroad may have to undertake a Bridging or Adaptation Program or qualifying exams if required, in order to bring themselves up-to-speed with the healthcare environment in the destination country. On successfully completing this program, they can demonstrate that they are well equipped to work abroad and have the competencies required to get a Nursing Registration in the country of their choice.
These short-term Adaptation programs are a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical skills obrtained through clinical placements. Nurses will get familiarized with the nursing practices in these countries, including the various disease conditions, health norms and policies and the language skills required.
